I love it!
I was looking for a backpack for several months since I use it every day and really needed the best one. 1) There is a mistake in the description, you can easily fit your 15'' laptop to the laptop sleeve, which is great for me! 2) It looks very accurate and elegant (I mean not huge) even for me, I am a small girl 3) There is a good back support 4) The only thing that I can suggest to fix: guys, DO NOT use the velcro, it's so cheap, not convenient, and not practical. It could be much better if you used something with a magnet as a clasp.
